Prior to cleaning, we thoroughly inspect each rug to determine pre-existing conditions, fiber content, color, concerns, and appropriate cleaning methods. Upon inspection, we use an air suspension technique removing years of dust and debris that cannot not be achieved by vacuuming alone. Soil and stains are then removed by way of immersion to ensure a deep rug clean both front an back. A specially formulated detergent can be applied to deodorize the rug followed by a thorough rinsing to remove any residue left behind. The rug cleaning is not complete without proper grooming and combing through of the intricate fibers that make up the uniqueness of each rug.
